Mesa Village Annual Owners’ Meeting 2025

IN PERSON MEETING

This notice serves to inform all homeowners of the annual meeting. The Mesa Village By-Laws require owners to conduct an annual meeting on the 4th Tuesday of each January.  In order to conduct business, we must have a quorum (91 owners). If you cannot attend the meeting on January 28, 2025 at 6:30 pm, please indicate another owner or the Mesa Village Board to be your proxy at the meeting. This enclosed Attendance/Proxy Form will serve as your vote and signify your attendance by proxy. If the meeting is adjourned for lack of quorum, your proxy will be used for any future 2025 Mesa Village Annual Meeting.
