"For Sale" Signs

Mesa Village HOA does not allow "for sale" signs to be posted in front of Mesa Village nor in front of the unit itself.

The only exception is when an open house is being held. Signs may be posted for an open house, but must be collected when the open house has concluded.

Any "for sale" sign left on Mesa Village property or along Steck Ave. and Spicewood Springs Rd. will be taken down and disposed of.
