Mailboxes

Mesa Village installed new mailboxes in 2016. They have been a great improvement from what we had before.
It is important that we keep the mailbox locks consistent.
Please remember:
Mailbox keys must be passed from owner to owner - the postal service does not manage our mailboxes.
DO NOT REPLACE YOUR OWN MAILBOX LOCK
If mailbox keys are lost - ONLY Cothron's Locksmith is authorized to replace a mailbox lock .
If another locksmith is used, the owner will incur the cost of replacing the entire mailbox door and possibly incur a fine.
PMT retains a list of each unit's mailbox number.
If you need information about which mailbox or reserved parking space belongs to your unit, use this list.
