Flooring and Paint Colors

Due to the age of our condos, upstairs units may have some damaged lightweight concrete underneath the flooring. This damaged concrete can cause excessive noise to units below.

When replacing your flooring, please take steps to repair your lightweight concrete with masonry product. In addition, please make sure to install an underlayment to reduce noise under the flooring itself.

The following underlayment is a recommended for new flooring at Mesa Village. This product has been helpful in the reduction of excess noise between upper and lower units.
